Frequently Asked Questions
What is Semi Permanent Make Up?
Semi Permanent Make Up or SPMU is a procedure that involves implanting colour pigment onto your lips or eyebrow. This is done with needles and tattoo machines, but at the top layer of the skin, between the epidermis and the dermis. The effect will last 2-4 years depending on your body's ability to retain pigment, and also your lifestyle.
Body Tattoos and Scar Camouflage are different from SPMU, because in these procedures, the pigment is implanted into a deeper layer of the skin.
How does Dark Lip Neutralisation work?
Dark Lip Neutralisation is a very intricate procedure that is able to transform dark lips into pink healthy pouts.
Your artist will first analyse your lips and decide on a colour that is the best match for your skin tone and desires. Then, a corrective colour will be implanted into your lips skin with needles and a tattoo machine, using a soft, consistent pressure.
Note that this procedure does not remove the darkness from your lips, it will create an illusion of natural, lightened lips that will last you 2-4 years.
* May require several sessions to achieve desired lightness.

Your brows will appear darker after your procedure because of the oxidization of the pigment and your wound is starting to turn into a scab. It takes 3-4 weeks for the true colour to be revealed.
You can schedule your touch up within 4-5 weeks.
lips
